Michael Acosta ?Developer Specialist, Microsoft

Michael Acosta is a Developer Specialist with Microsoft and has a broad background in software development and electronic commerce. His experience includes ethical hacking, large-scale Web application development, home-grown security utilities, and several successful application service provider solutions.

Prior to joining Microsoft, Michael ran his own consulting company specializing in n-tier application development and data warehousing technologies. During that time, Michael authored commercial extensions to the Microsoft Data Warehousing Framework, including several XML-based metadata management tools.

In his current role with Microsoft, Michael is involved with several dozen local ISVs to facilitate the development of .NET applications, data warehousing solutions, and XML Web Services.
